Built by Mark Thielges (from Club 41)

Lake End Boat & Mini Storage has been a locally owned and operated business serving the Lakeville and Conesus Lake community since 1987.

The facility was founded by Mark Thielges, an entrepreneur and developer who believed that running a small business meant more than simply providing a service. It meant building relationships, treating people fairly, and providing a reliable place where customers knew their property would be safe.

Over the years, Lake End became a trusted storage solution for local families, contractors, seasonal boat owners, and businesses throughout Livingston County. Many customers first rented units directly from Mark and have continued storing with us for years.

Today, the business continues under the leadership of his son Jason Thielges, who manages and operates the facility while continuing to build on the foundation his father created.

Same Values - Building for the Future

Jason has managed the day-to-day operations of Lake End Boat & Mini Storage since 2022, following Mark’s passing. In 2024, he assumed full ownership of the company and continues to operate it as a locally owned, family-run business.

While preserving the customer-first approach his father established, Jason is focused on improving the overall customer experience and ensuring the facility continues to meet the needs of the community.

Jason is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo and holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior to returning to the family business, he spent a decade working at a publicly traded industrial services company in roles focused on customer service, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations.

Those experiences now help guide improvements to the business while maintaining the personal service customers have come to expect.

Lake End Boat & Mini Storage remains committed to providing:

• Safe and secure storage
• Fair pricing
• Straightforward service
• Respect for every customer

We’re proud to continue serving the Lakeville, Conesus Lake, Livonia, and greater Livingston County community.
