Respectful behavior is required at all times.
No loitering, overnight stays, or residential use.
Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.
Access is limited to posted hours: [7am-9pm] without written approval.
Facility is under 24/7 video surveillance.
No sharing of gate codes or keys.
Only tenants or authorized persons may access units.
Storage use only. No living, business operations, or modifications.
No use of tools, equipment, or power sources without written approval.
Flammables, fuels, or propane
Firearms, explosives, or ammunition
Chemicals, pesticides, or hazardous materials
Perishable food or live plants/animals
Illegal substances
Lithium-ion batteries or devices powered by them
Unregistered vehicles or boats (without prior approval)
Private Insurance is strongly recommended. Items are stored at your own risk and not covered by Lake End Boat & Mini Storage.
Lake End Boat & Mini Storage is not liable for damage or loss not caused by its own negligence.
Optional third-party insurance is available; confirmation of coverage or waiver is required.
Report suspicious activity immediately.
Use a weather-resistant lock.
Do not tamper with cameras, lights, or gate systems.
Units and the surrounding area must be kept clean.
No dumping of trash, furniture, or hazardous waste.
Clean-out fee may apply for abandoned property or dirty units.
Must be operable, registered, and insured.
Must remain in assigned area and not leak fluids.
Covers must be secure and well-maintained.
Provide 30 day notice prior to move-out.
Unit must be empty, clean, and unlocked.
Continued rent may apply if lock is left on vacated unit.
Violations may result in access denial or termination of rental agreement.
Legal and financial consequences may apply.
Rules are subject to change with notice.

Subletting is prohibited without prior written approval.
Authorized users must be documented.
Primary leaseholder remains fully responsible.
Deliveries allowed only by advance arrangement during business hours.
Delivery agents may not be given gate access.
Tenants may utilize approved smart locks with unique digital access codes, at their own discretion and risk.
All digital codes must be time-limited and not shared with unauthorized parties.
Tenants must notify management of the use of smart locks and assume full responsibility for any access granted via digital locks.
Lake End Boat & Mini Storage is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury involving deliveries or access granted by the tenant.
The use of heaters, heating pads, heat lamps, or any other heat-generating devices is strictly prohibited in all storage units.
This includes but is not limited to: space heaters, heating blankets, heat guns, and electric or battery-powered heating units.
Tenants may not use fans, air conditioners, or any device intended to alter temperature inside the unit.
Violations pose serious fire risks and will result in immediate lease termination and possible legal action.
By storing property at Lake End Boat & Mini Storage, the tenant agrees to abide by these Rules & Regulations.
